Steps to Change

At the turn of the year, many of us will have had a vision of what we wanted to achieve from the 365 days ahead. Perhaps we visualised ourselves leading a healthier lifestyle, taking better care of ourselves, feeling and looking better.

Whatever our end goals might have been, it’s likely we set ourselves ambitious targets that required seismic changes to our lifestyle.

Change can be daunting and can often be accompanied with struggle and resistance along the way.

Steps to Change will look at how we can breakdown change gradually, so that it's more likely to be long term and sustainable.  

Our focus this January will be on healthy eating, substituting bland and beige snacks for colourful, nutrient-rich alternatives.   

Every week we’ll bring you simple-to-follow recipes and handy tips, with each change forming a steppingstone on to the next.
