Impact of covid
Since its launch in January 2016, Active Forever has seen thousands of people benefit from a gentle introduction into wellbeing activity.
We are pleased to have secured government funding to be able to offer our referral scheme, free of charge, to residents in North East Lincolnshire:
- who are living with the effects of long-covid; or
- whose physical health or mental wellbeing has been significantly affected during this period.
The Active Forever scheme aims to support these residents with their recovery, and we are working with North East Lincolnshire Council’s Live Well Service on this funded scheme.
