Membership Cancellation Request

We are sorry that you have decided to cancel your membership with Lincs Inspire. In order for us to process the request, please submit the form below.

IMPORTANT: In order for your cancellation to be effective from the 1st of the following month, this cancellation request needs to be processed before the 18th of the current month. If you wish to re-join after cancellation you will be required to pay all initial payments including the last month upfront. Please note: If you cancel your Direct Debit at your bank your membership will be terminated at the end of that month and you will forfeit your Month in Hand payment.
