Wellness Hub Equipment

The power-assisted exercise machines are supplied by UK manufacturer Innerva who have an international reputation based on 30 years of engineering knowledge and excellence. Unlike conventional exercise equipment, Innerva's range of exercise equipment does not rely exclusively on muscle power. Its passive exercise machines use an electronic power system that enables users to work passively or actively, depending on their ability.

Seated equipment

A chair based design to provide a circuit that will exercise and stretch all the major muscle groups in the body and will help to re-train muscle patterns, whilst at the same time stimulating the muscles and improving circulation.

Recumbent equipment

The recumbent equipment incorporates Pilates techniques in a modern range of dual function equipment. The equipment in this range will help to exercise and stretch all the major muscle groups in the body, whilst the soothing motion promotes relaxation. The range boasts 6 pieces of equipment which can work independently as a circuit or in a combined circuit with our seated equipment range.
