Exploration calls as the Linkage sensory bus tours Lincs Inspire venues during February half term.
Children aged between two and eleven will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in themed sensory environments, such as worlds under the sea and atmospheric jungles.
The sensory experiences, which are created by coloured lights, projectors, and speakers, are well suited to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Twenty-minute time slots are completely free and available to book between 10am and 2pm on the following days –
- Monday, February 13 – Bradley Football Development Centre
- Tuesday, February 14 – Immingham Swimming Pool
- Wednesday, February 15 – Grimsby Auditorium
- Thursday, February 16 – Cleethorpes Leisure Centre
The sensory bus runs alongside an action-packed week of Lincs Inspire holiday activities, including crash course swimming lessons, a football course, multi-sport camp and crafts club.
There will also be a sensory cinema screening of Encanto at Cleethorpes Leisure Centre on Sunday, February 19, 2pm to 4pm for children who are autistic or have sensory needs.

We’re delighted to be working in partnership with the Linkage outreach project to offer this inclusive opportunity. We know how popular the sensory bus is and can’t wait to see the difference is makes to local children and families.
