Adventure Awaits!

News |

Lava Lamps, bug hotels and puppet theatres! An exciting programme of fully funded activities for primary school children eligible for free school meals is set to get underway during summer holidays.

Cleethorpes, Grimsby and Waltham Libraries will each host fun themed workshops; offering children the opportunity to explore nature, experiment with science and play a variety of games. Each morning activity will include a free nutritious lunch.

The programme has been made possible thanks to the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme funded by North East Lincolnshire Council.

Library workshops will run alongside sports, leisure, arts and entertainment activities at Lincs Inspire venues during the summer holidays, with both HAF and general booking available for the latter.

Browse dates for library workshops below. Bookings require a HAF code issued by schools.

We can’t wait for these workshops to begin! Activities will be varied and different, but most importantly fun! Expect crafts, games, stories, experiments, and much more!
