World Meditation Day (May 20) looks at the benefits of mindfulness and how this can be practised as part of a balanced lifestyle.

Meditation has been linked to a number of mental, emotional and physical wellbeing benefits, including: 

  • Lower stress levels
  • Sense of inner peace, calm and balance
  • Clearer thinking
  • Improved creativity
  • Increased self-awareness and sense of presence
  • Improved sleep
  • Lower resting heart rate
  • Lower blood pressure

Across Lincs Inspire Leisure Centres (Cleethorpes, Grimsby and Immingham), we offer a number of weekly classes led qualified and experienced instructors that are  focused on achieving this state of mindfulness and relaxation.

Back Care Yoga | Yoga | Yogalates | Pilates | Tai Chi

Classes are included in most of our monthly subscription memberships (except Tai Chi) or can be accessed on a pay as you go basis.
