Virtual Lincs Fitness

Tune into a series of classes led by our very own fitness team from the comfort of your own home.

Joss, Hayley, David, Hollie and Ashlyn will be running the following classes to cater for all ages and abilities:

Step
Yogalates
Legs, bums and tums
Abs Blast

Tai Chi
Seated Chair
Seated Cardio and Core
Dance
Line Dancing

Live classes will be brought to you for free as part of a daily timetable, as well as via our free on demand service (only available via the App) for those who can't catch the live streams.

Ways to join in...

1. Website (Live Streams Only)

Click on the button below - Virtual Lincs Timetable - select the session you would like to attend at the time it is happening, and click Livestream.

2. App (Live Streams and On Demand)

If you are using a mobile phone or a tablet, you can watch classes from our App. Download the Lincs Inspire Leisure App from the Google Play Store or App Store.

Live Stream - Click on 'Live Streamed Classes', select the class you would like to view at the time it is happening and click 'Livestream'.

On Demand - Click 'On Demand' and browse previously streamed classes. Select your class, and click 'Play'.

You can cast this class to your television or computer using Chromecast or magic link to see us on a larger screen
