The overall purpose of the role is to provide the first line of customer service to all visitors to the Natural World Centre. This includes enabling a positive experience and ensuring excellent and efficient customer service, alongside identifying opportunities to increase visitor frequency through providing knowledgeable information on all areas of the centre, nature reserve and the wider programme and services delivered by the centre.
 
To support team members and the Manager on duty in various aspects, ensuring areas are well presented, safe and promotional marketing material is well stocked. Have a welcoming presence within the centre and at reception, providing customer information and guidance relevant to the centre, nature reserve and events programme.
 
Provide support to the Events Manager in maintaining accurate booking systems for all events and be the first point of contact for all visitor-related enquiries, delivering high quality customer service and customer satisfaction at the Natural World Centre.
 
You will be required to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays, to meet the needs of the business. There will be opportunities for you to step up in a Supervisory role to ensure smooth running of the facility at busy times.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to enhance our current team within the Boardwalk Bistro. Our ideal candidate must have a solid background and experience in the catering industry with relevant qualifications. 

The Boardwalk Bistro is situated in the Natural World Centre and is open 7 days a week from 10.00am to 4.30pm and offers high quality, homemade meals prepared using fresh, seasonal and local produce. Although as we continue to grow the business, the requirement for larger evening events and functions in our Cygnet Suite will increase.

The Boardwalk Bistro seats approximately 80 people inside, with additional spaces outside. We have also food and beverage outlets for our outside Little Darters Wildlife Adventure and Otter’s Reach Indoor play areas. In addition the Cygnet Suite being able to accommodate up to 150 guests.

Based at the National Centre for Craft and Design (NCCD), Sleaford

The overall purpose of the role is to provide the first line of customer service to all visitors to the National Centre for Craft & Design (NCCD). This includes enabling a positive experience and ensuring excellent and efficient customer service, alongside identifying opportunities to increase visitor frequency through providing knowledgeable information on all exhibitions and the wider programme and services. 

Support the programme team during events through installation and de-installation of exhibitions, to include gallery and display furniture preparation, safety and condition checks, wrapping and packing of artworks, and researching and developing upcoming exhibitions. 

To be the first point of contact for all visitor-related enquiries and support the delivery of high quality customer service and customer satisfaction at NCCD.

You will be required to provide cover on a casual basis which will require working flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays, to meet the needs of the business.

We are looking for casual sports coaches who can work ad-hoc hours to support the Sports Development Community Sports Coaching delivery team.

Minimum requirement of a Level 2 National Governing Body qualification or Bikeability Instructor qualification.

Experience of delivering in a range of settings with a range of abilities and age groups is desirable but not essential.

Appointment is subject to DBS clearance at an enhanced level.

We are looking for freelance / self-employed Group Exercise Instructors to assist in the delivery of our dynamic programme.
 
Our weekly classes cover a vast range of group activity including Body Pump, Body Attack, Body Combat and Group Cycling.We would be interested in hearing from you if you can support our team in a consistent and safe delivery of high quality customer service.

The successful applicants will be able to motivate our members and directly support both customer retention and increased participation.You must hold the relevant qualification to your discipline, valid public liability insurance, have an experience of regular teaching. You will work with our site based Fitness Supervisors to ensure an excellent customer experience. Naturally, safety is key, so you’ll run your classes in line with best practice, policies and procedures. As classes are part of a complex timetable, flexibility, punctuality and reliability are just as important.

Rates are:

£12.55 per hour (Group swim teaching)
£15.13 per hour (Individual session)
£19.50 per hour (Two participants)

We are looking for casual assistant swim teachers to provide occasional cover at all our leisure centres.

The Casual Assistant Swim Teacher rate is £7.93 per hour
 
The main responsibilities of the post is to support the instruction of swimming lessons.
 
This post is subject to a Basic DBS disclosure.

 

The main purpose of the role is to ensure all customers receive a friendly and efficient service from any of the company’s catering or bar facilities. The postholder will be based mainly at Bradley Football Development Centre, however there will be a requirement to work across all Lincs Inspire Limited’s facilities and to support the delivery of special community out-reach events where a catering or beverage provision is provided.

You will be required to provide cover on a casual basis which will require working flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays, to meet the needs of the business.

Main responsibilities are to: 
Regularly support the delivery of catering facilities at specific events both internal and external.  This may include corporate meetings, children’s parties, family functions, presentations, sports and leisure activities etc.
Front of house meet and greet, customer venue familiarisation and occasional waiter/waitressing services.
Undertake routine preparation of the facility for daily use and complete security checks when required. 
Prepare designated areas (including the moving, setting up and storage of furniture and equipment) to provide a safe and comfortable environment for customers.
To handle cash and be able to balance cash using a till system on a daily and weekly basis, and to complete relevant paperwork to ensure that all accounts balance on a daily/ weekly basis.
