Location: Grimsby Auditorium
£17,332 per annum pro rata, £8.31 per hour.
The purpose of this role is to provide the first line of customer service to all visitors to the Grimsby Auditorium, ensuring excellent and efficient customer service.
Duties will include:
- Ensuring accurate and effective use of the company’s box office ticketing system (SeatAdvisor), ensuring customer data is collected correctly and securely.
- Assist the Marketing Department to deliver group campaigns through actively contacting existing and potential new group bookers, explaining the shows we have and offers available for their business
- Accurately handle customer payments including cash and credit/debit cards
Successful applicants must have:
- Customer/front of house experience
- Cash handling experience
- Good IT skills
