We run accredited first aid and safety courses which are available to book for yourself or your employees. Delivered by fully qualified staff, our courses can be tailored to your individual needs and give vital lifesaving and first aid skills. Browse our courses below.

This course covers all areas of First Aid and we can include Automated External Defibrillator training on this course as an extra.
The qualification is recognised worldwide and is valid for three years and candidates must be 16 years of age at the completion of the final assessment.

Length of course: Three day course
Time: 9:30am till 3:30pm
Cost: £100 per candidate (Includes all course materials and certificates)

This course is designed for workplaces that fall into a low risk category. This course can also be used for staff required to be emergency first aiders or for those who wish to support a designated first aider trained via the First Aid at Work course. Automated External Defibrillator training can be added to this course as an extra. The qualification is recognised worldwide and is valid for three years and candidates must be 16 years of age at the completion of the final assessment.

Time: 9:30am till 3:30pm
Cost: £80 per candidate (Includes all course materials and certificates)

This course covers CPR, choking, Automated External Defibrillator training and basic First Aid. The qualification is recognised worldwide and is valid for three years. Candidates must be 16 years of age at the completion of the final assessment.

Length of course: Two day course
Time: 9:30am till 3:30pm
Cost: £80 per candidate (Includes all course materials and certificates)

This course is suitable for people aged 16+ who care for children in any professional setting (e.g. nannies, child-minders, nursery workers and au pairs), and is specifically aimed at newly qualified level two or three early years childcare staff. The emergency paediatric first aid course is recommended for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and meets Childcare Registration requirements. It is valid for three years.

Time: 9:30am till 3:30pm
Cost: £50 per candidate (Includes all course materials and certificates)

This course covers the correct procedures for the administrating the AED. The qualification is recognised worldwide and is valid for two years. Candidates must be 16 years of age at the completion of the final assessment.

Number of spaces on each course: Maximum 12 candidates, Minimum 4 candidates 
Length of course: Four hour course
Time: To suit
Cost: £50 per candidate (Includes all course materials and certificates)

*This course can be an added extra to the: First Aid At Work; Emergency First Aid At Work; Paediatric First Aid or Emergency Paediatric First Aid at an additional 1.5 hours.

*This is not a lifeguard qualification
This qualification gives the candidate the knowledge of what to do in an emergency, including areas of CPR. The qualification is recognised worldwide and is valid for 2 years and candidates must be 16 years of age at the completion of the final assessment.

Time: 9:30am till 3:30pm

The manual handling course is aimed at all levels of employees who may undertake manual handling operations, including the transporting of a load of items by lifting, putting down, pushing, pulling, carrying or moving thereof by hand or by bodily force

Number of spaces on each course: Maximum 12 candidates, Minimum 4 candidates 
Length of course: Two hours (including a building tour)

Cost: £50 per candidate (Includes all course materials and certificates) 

General hazard spotting, action to take in case of a fire, fire warden roles and responsibilities, fire evacuation, fire prevention and management responsibilities.
