Low Intensity Exercise Classes 

This programme provides a range of light exercise sessions in a number of Lincs Inspire facilities and community venues in the area.

Lincs Inspire's sports development team provide light exercise sessions suited to people aged over 50. Great for people who are new to exercise or those who haven't exercised for a long time. Activities include chair based sessions, tai chi, zumba and new age kurling. All are low intensity and can easily be adapted for different ranges of mobility as needed. All activities are £3 per session.
