Coronavirus – Advice

In a joint statement, Lincs Inspire and North East Lincolnshire Council, said:

“Lincs Inspire leisure centres, sports facilities and libraries will close today (Friday, March 20) until further notice. Libraries will close at 5:30pm and leisure and sports centres as per their Friday operating hours.

“We need to take this step now to protect customers, staff and the wider community.

“We thank you for your understanding and patience during this difficult time.”

During this period of closure, the health and wellbeing of our members, customers and wider community remains to be our top priority.
Keeping the body and mind fit and active remains important for general health and wellbeing and is the best way to build resilience to viruses.

All memberships will be paused free of charge.

Direct Debit
No further monthly direct debit payments will be taken whilst our venues are closed.   

All paid in full (annual) leisure memberships will be extended to reflect any closures. These will be applied once we re-open our centres so that we can extend the membership for the correct amount of time.

If you have already re-enrolled for the next payment period, you will receive a credit note on your account. When lessons resume you will receive this block of lessons using the credit on your account.

Our Active Senior sessions are currenty cancelled. 

Libraries are closed.
• All book loans and book renewals will be extended for 12 weeks (currently 3 weeks).
• Customers are also reminded of the wide range of free online library services that are available such as ebooks and e magazines.
