COVID-19 – Keeping You Informed

Following the Government’s announcement on December 30, North East Lincolnshire remains in Tier 3, however, some of our neighbouring areas have now entered Tier 4.

We request that all our customers follow the latest Government guidelines, which unfortunately means if you live in a Tier 4 area you should not enter a Tier 3 area unless it is essential. Use of our facilities will therefore be limited to local residents living in a Tier 3 area.

Direct Debit paying members living in a Tier 4 area and therefore unable to travel into a Tier 3 are entitled to a membership suspension until the situation changes. We are sorry that due to the late announcement from the Government this couldn’t be applied to the January payment. We will therefore suspend payment in February.

Members who have paid in full will receive an extension to their membership for any lost weeks.

Our booking systems are regularly checked and we continue to support the NHS Track and Trace programme, helping everyone to stay informed and safe.
