A Summer of Arts and Crafts

GET creative over the summer months with a series of crafts workshops for adults taking place at Waltham and Cleethorpes Libraries.

The themed workshops will teach people of all levels of craft experience how to create a work of art with a practical purpose.

Waltham Library will host a Mosaic Plant Pot Workshop on Saturday, June 22, from 10am to 3:30pm, a Ceramic Painting Workshop on Tuesday, June 25, from 6pm to 9pm and a Decoupage Key Holder Workshop on Tuesday, August 20, from 6pm to 9pm.

Meanwhile, Cleethorpes Library will host a Summer Rag Wreath Workshop on Saturday, July 13, from 1:30pm to 4:30pm, a Sewn Owl Doorstop Workshop on Saturday, September 21, from 1pm to 5:30pm and a felt making workshop on Saturday, October 5, from 10am to 3:30pm.

There will also be monthly adult Craft and a Cuppa sessions starting on Friday, June 7, at Grimsby Leisure Centre (original building). Sessions cost £5.50 and will run from 10am to 12 noon on the first Friday of the month.

All workshops include all materials and refreshments in the cost.
