New contracts shine a light on arts services and visitor centres

Lincs Inspire Limited is delighted to add new visitor attractions, arts services and venues to its operations, working in partnership with North Kesteven District Council.

From April 1, 2018, Lincs Inspire will operate the Natural World Centre at Whisby Nature Reserve, The National Centre for Craft and Design in Sleaford and North Kesteven’s arts development service and associated projects.

Sue Wells, chief executive for Lincs Inspire, said: “We are delighted to add these fantastic services and facilities to our portfolio.

“We have great plans for all of the centres, working in partnership with the local authority and wider partners including the Arts Council, Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust and of course the local community.

“We are keen to spend some time listening to local residents and their experiences with these facilities and services and, in the months to follow, we will be sharing our ambitions for the services contracted to us and hope to expand the variety of activities and events, with something for everyone.

“As a company with its heart very much in campaigning for great quality services for the people of Lincolnshire, we are committed to inspiring people from all backgrounds to benefit from the fantastic provision available through these new services; they make a vital contribution to the company’s overall aim of inspiring people to lead healthy, creative and fulfilling lives.”
