Try out Health & Wellbeing Activities at Open Day

Grimsby Leisure Centre will be holding a Health & Wellbeing Open Day within the original building on Wednesday 22 August from 9am to 5.30pm.

The open day will provide the opportunity to try out a wide range of activities for free including low impact circuits, zumba, family badminton, chair based exercise, group cycling, indoor kurling and more.

The open day will appeal to a variety of ages and there will be something for all the family throughout the day. However, age restrictions apply to certain activities and some may require supervision.

Rob Allison, Operations Manager – Health & Wellbeing for Lincs Inspire, said: “At Lincs Inspire we’re all about inspiring people of all ages and abilities to be more active, more often. The Health & Wellbeing open day at Grimsby Leisure Centre presents a great opportunity to enjoy being active and perhaps try one or two completely new activities too. It’s set to be a great day and we’d love to see as many people there as possible.”
