Celebrate Halloween at your library
Paranormal stories and supernatural fiction will be served up at Lincs Inspire Libraries next week in the build up to Halloween.
A series of Shared Reading Group sessions with a chilling and creepy theme will be followed by a paranormal talk by writer and storyteller Stephen Wade on Tuesday, October 31.
Scared Reading Groups
Those attending the ‘Scared’ Reading Groups will be discussing The Master of Horror, Stephen King, and other horror writers. Everyone is welcome to these informal and relaxed groups, which are free to attend from 6pm to 7pm on:
- Monday, October 23 at Waltham library;
- Tuesday, October 24 at Immingham library;
- Thursday, October 26 at Cleethorpes library; and
- Friday, October 27 at Grimsby Library.
Under sixteens must be accompanied by a responsible adult and no booking is required. Come along if you dare!
Stephen Wade Talk
Spine chilling stories of paranormal sightings, spirits and ghosts will be told on the night of Halloween at Cleethorpes Library from 5pm to 7pm. Stephen Wade is a writer and storyteller with an interest in paranormal tales and investigations. He also writes non-fiction books and is always looking for a good story!
