New Sessions at Grimsby Leisure Centre

Improve your health and wellbeing at two new sessions taking place at Grimsby Leisure Centre.
Enjoy getting creative with Lincs Inspire’s Arts Development team on Thursdays from 10am to 12 noon at their Crafts and a Cuppa session. No experience is needed at these weekly adult craft sessions and all materials will be provided.
The sessions are relaxed, fun and sociable and you will get the chance to have a go at a variety of crafts such as card making, jewellery making, seasonal crafts and much more. For those looking for a relaxing, gentle workout, look no further than Lincs Inspire’s Sports Development teams new Tai Chi session at Grimsby Leisure Centre which starts on Friday 21 July.
The session is part of Lincs Inspire’s Active Seniors programme and will take place on Fridays from 10.30am to 11.30am and cost £3 per session, with every 10th session free. The session is open to both men and women of all abilities.
Tai Chi is a relaxed form of exercise which mainly focuses on breathing and relaxation. It’s a great way of staying active and improving mobility.
