NEW low impact exercise classes including cheerleading, line dancing and walking netball begin in the New Year throughout North East Lincolnshire.
Brought to you by Lincs Inspire, the fun and sociable workout sessions are designed for people who are new to exercise or for those who haven’t exercised for a long time and are suited to people aged over 50.
