KickStart Fitness Week


Cleethorpes Leisure Centre  | 19th - 23rd November, 2018

A week of back-to-basics exercise classes, perfect for beginners or anyone who wants to shake up their fitness programme. 

A great way to take your first step into fitness, these classes have been designed to help you to learn the correct techniques in order to get the most out of the classes in a relaxed, friendly and welcoming environment. 

The KickStart classes are available to book online from Tuesday 13th November or in site from Monday 12th November and cost £2 for non-members; existing members can attend for free. What's more - attend one KickStart class and you're eligible for our VIP membership offer. To attend our fitness classes you will need a Lincs Inspire card. Click on the link to register.

Boxing FitA fun energetic circuit based class based around basic boxing moves. Gloves and mitts provided. For those aged 16 years plus.Monday 19th November10:30am to 11:15amHayley
YogalatesA mix of yoga and pilates, basic moves that will release tension,  strengthen backs and stomachs and improve posture. For those aged 14 years plus.Monday 19th November12:30pm to 1:15pmJoss

Instructor Support
Our instructors will always ensure you are carrying out the exercises using the correct technique, minimising the chance for injury and making sure you get the most out of the exercises so you get results.

Vary your workouts with our range of classes from cardio, toning and stretching. There's a choice of over 100 weekly group exercise classes across five sites in North East Lincolnshire. Discover a new class, one that will give you that extra push, or something that varies your existing workout programme.

1. Bring water and a towel
2. Wear suitable footwear 
3. Let the instructor know of any injuries before the class
4. Wear whatever suitable training attire you feel comfortable in – it isn’t a fashion show
5. Plan your next visit – book a class before you leave. You’re more likely to stick to it
