Grimsby Leisure Centre

Grimsby Leisure Centre is a busy multi-use facility and a favourite for families. It has a wide range of facilities within the existing site and the new Grimsby Leisure Centre.
Please note that Lincs Inspire no longer operate the ice rink at Grimsby Leisure Centre.


The 25 metre, county competition standard, 8 lane indoor swimming pool sits alongside a specialist learner pool. Our changing village houses a sauna and steam room, as well as fantastic fully accessible changing facilities. A popular site for swimming lessons and also aqua classes.

Grimsby Leisure Centre offers group fitness classes for all ages and abilities. Classes are held seven days a week across both sites.

The pool-side gym is home to a variety of Matrix equipment.

In the neighbouring building the gym has a dedicated free weights zone and adapted gym equipment. 

If you are looking for a more gentle form of gym-based exercise our toning suite is ideal for rehabilitation, those not used to regular exercise or for people with long term medical conditions. Further information about our toning suite.

Our four-lane indoor bowling green caters for casual use, clubs and leagues. Coached sessions are also available for beginners or those wanting to improve their technique.

We are open 12 months of the year, 7 days a week from 9am to 10pm. Last booking of the day is 9pm.

Our multi-use sports hall accommodates badminton, table tennis, roller disco and more. It is home to several sporting clubs and is available to hire. We also have four squash and racquet ball courts available for your use.

Car parking:

Access to the site is via the entrance on Cromwell Road. There are dedicated disabled bays and parking is free.

Disabled access:

Access from the car park to the main doors is via a single-level walk. The building is on two-levels but access to the upper floors is via a lift. The reception has an adapted desk. There are also dedicated disabled changing areas and toilets. Find out more here.
