Our Arts Development team run craft and sewing workshops within local businesses such as care homes. Being creative and focusing on the moment is great to help relieve stress, depression, anxiety and other forms of mental health issues. It is also a powerful activity for those with dementia; helping to remind them of familiar activities from their pastime and sparking memories.
