Junior Open Art Exhibition

Entries have now closed for the Junior Open Art Exhibition
We've had a fantastic response and been really impressed with the high standard of work.
The exhibition will be open to the public from Monday, 16th January to Saturday, 25th February during Cleethorpes Library opening hours.
Background
Back in November last year, thanks to funding from Arts Council England, Lincs Inspire Arts Development team put out a creative challenge for young people.
Those aged 15 years and under were invited to submit a piece of artwork to be exhibited in the Albert Room at Cleethorpes Library throughout January and February 2023.
There was also the opportunity for schools to submit a group or class piece of work.
Prizes
We're encouraging as many people as possible to come and have a look and vote for their favourite piece of work, so please spread the word!
There will be an overall public vote winner and also two separate age group winners which will be selected by our panel of judges.
We will notify winners week commencing 27th February 2023.
Dates
Artwork to please be collected from Cleethorpes Library on the following dates:
- Thursday 2nd March 2023 between 10am and 3pm
- Saturday 4th March 2023 between 9am and 12.30pm
Unfortunately we are unable to store any artwork after the exhibition ends, so please ensure you collect on the dates above. Any work left will be kept for one week only.
