We can’t wait to see you at our Wellbeing Fayre, a fabulous and fun event, full of activities, taster sessions and information from some fantastic organisations.
Meet and Greet
Local organisations have lots of fun activities planned!
Everyone is welcome – both members and non members and all activities and talks are free.
From health checks and flu/COVID vaccinations* to mental health services and local theatre, there’s something for everyone.

*Periville Pharmacy will be offering blood pressure tests, and free flu and COVID vaccines for eligible patients over 18. An ear wax assessment is also available (fee applicable).

FREE Wellness Hub Tours
The Wellness Hub on the ground floor of Grimsby Health & Wellbeing Centre brings therapy equipment and a relaxation studio to the heart of this much-loved facility.
It offers gentle forms of exercise, relaxation and socialising, using specialist power-assisted exercise equipment from Innerva.
Ideal for people living with or recovering from a range health problems.
