Ladies Body Tone Sessions are held on Wednesdays from 9.30am to 10.30am at King George V Stadium.The sessions are designed to target fat burning and muscles toning through gym based exercise. The sessions will be led by a female instructor who will teach correct technique and exercise selection to encourage fat loss and a leaner, more toned body.
The sessions are suitable for all levels of experience, fitness and ages. Your individual needs will be taken into account. So if you are a regular gym user looking for a fresh approach or are nervous about setting foot in a gym you can join our group to work out with support and advice.
The sessions are free to Lincs Inspire members and £4.60 to non-members.
